so this is my story

Shallow Ocean

For almost three days, rain has been pouring Semarang, heavy rain that caused my school to be closed and forced me to study online, just like the incident four years ago that shocked the world. Honestly, I feel happy because I can relax at home, but it's different when you just stay at home because the rain fell to the earth from dawn until sunset.

Due to the frequent rain, some areas have been affected by floods. Fortunately, I live in a relatively high area, which keeps my house safe from flooding. One of the victims of this disaster is my classmate, who lives in the area of Jl. Karang Anyar Rt 10 Rw 13, Muktiharjo Kidul. He said the flood that hit his house had risen to the knee level of adults. Because of this, he had to evacuate to a neighbor's house.

This incident occurred from Wednesday to Friday. Days when drops of water fell from the sky of Semarang, with strong winds soaking the entire land. But on Friday morning, the day looked bright like a newly arrived spring. On that day, I decided to go to school. Seeing the fairly good weather conditions, I assumed that there would be no rain that day. But all that was proven wrong when suddenly, the bright sky that i see in the morning become dark in the span of minutes right above me. I heard that the school would be conducted online, so I hurriedly left the place.
